ARE PETS ALLOWED?
No, pets are not permitted at Flip Flops on the Hilltop. However, an occasional neighborhood cat may visit or relax on the porch. Please enjoy saying hello, but do not allow animals inside the house.
ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES?
Our cleaning fee is included when you book our home. We take pride in making the home clean and fresh every time guests depart; this way the home is in perfect condition for our next guests.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Reservations made through Airbnb or Vrbo are subject to the cancellation policy displayed on the applicable booking platform. For direct reservations, the cancellation terms will be clearly provided in your rental agreement before payment is made. We understand that plans can change and will always try to work with our guests when possible; however, refunds are subject to the terms of your reservation. We always strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover the unforseen.
IS THIS HOME SAFE FOR BABIES AND CHILDREN?
Our home is designed with families in mind, including small children. We have games, puzzles, TVs, and even custom-made cornhole boards for your use. One of the downstairs bedrooms has dual XL twin sized bunkbeds!
